I had a great stay at this hotel! The location is simply unbeatable - right in the heart of downtown, making it super convenient to explore local shops and museums, especially the nearby Christmas markets. The rooms were quite spacious and comfortable, but just a heads-up, they were up three levels without a lift, which was not ideal. The service was fantastic; the staff was attentive and accommodating, especially during breakfast service. However, I found the dining options a bit on the pricey side.
